The fulfilment time for orders of both ready-made and personalised products:

Orders placed by 10 a.m. are shipped the same working day (only for the following payment methods: instant transfer/BLIK/Apple Pay/Google Pay).

Orders placed after 10 a.m. are shipped no later than the next working day (only for the following payment methods: instant transfer/BLIK/Apple Pay/Google Pay) - if it's urgent, please contact us.

If you choose the "Bank transfer" payment method, shipping starts once the funds appear in the bank account, or once a confirmation of the transfer is received by email at [email protected].
